What I collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, business name if you give one, your budget range, and your message. I do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to carry out the project. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have made, and performance of a contract once a project is agreed.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are stored using this site's hosting and database provider, acting as a processor on my behalf. I do not sell or share your information for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email me and I will action it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
